Sambar Onion (Shallots)
Sambar Onion / Shallots vary in color from golden brown to rose-red, and the inner flesh is pulpy white. They taste like onions, but have a slightly milder taste.
Shallots are particularly effective against liver cancer cells. Shallots contain 6 times more phenoplast than onions and garlic. It helps the liver to remove toxins from the body and have glucosides to inhibit and kill cancer cells. How to store:
Store shallots in a dark, cool, dry, well-ventilated place, and they will keep for about a month.
